we operates the CircuitWay mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
CircuitWay does not collect, store, transmit, or share personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
The App is designed to operate locally on your device. Any projects, configurations, simulations, or other user-generated content are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
CircuitWay offers optional paid subscriptions and/or in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
All payment transactions are processed by Google Play. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card information, billing address, or other financial information.
Information related to purchases may be collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy practices.
CircuitWay may request access to your device's photos and camera solely to provide features that allow you to select, import, capture, or save images as part of your work within the App.
Images selected from your device or captured using the camera are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, collect, store, or share these images on any external server.
Access to photos and camera functionality is optional and only occurs when you choose to use features that require such access.
The App uses Google Play Billing solely for processing purchases and subscriptions.
The App does not use:
Data created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your personal data.
CircuitWay does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect personal information, no such information is stored or processed by us.
Because user data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups you create.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date at the top of this document will be revised.
